Patrick came out to check our swarm of bees on the day we called him. He was very knowledgeable and professional and educated us as well as our 4 year old grandson! We will definitely call him again if we have any wildlife issues.

Jake arrived as scheduled. As we were not sure what critter had gained access via our roof, Jake went on a thorough search. Turned out that there had been a squirrel that had slipped into the upstairs attic via a gap in the siding. No evidence of a critter however. As we were expecting our roofing contractor the next day, we noted his clear & concise findings to present to the roofing people. He also conducted a thorough inspection of the roof to find any other possible penetrations of squirrels. At this time, we await his report for any possible remediation beyond what our roofer will repair.
All things considered, he was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I would unhesitatingly recommend Jake & his company to anyone in need of wildlife removal.

EXceptional is just the service I received. They truly stand behind their name. Wildlife Specialists Joshua and Patrick are the truth. They took their time to explain everything they were going to do prior to starting and showed me everything that was done afterwards. They assured me that whatever (squirrels) was in my attic is no longer there and for the past 2 nights I haven't heard anything. They went above and beyond to secure my house from any pest they may try to enter in. They both were very professional and most importantly skilled in what they do. This is a great service. I have had problems with squirrels for years. This company took care of it last April and I have not had any problems since. The other day i found a soffit that appeared to be a squirrel hole. Called and they sent a wonderful young man named Patrick that assured me that it was not a squirrel hole but a loose soffit. He repaired 2 areas and did a great job. He was efficient and professional.

He was extremely knowledgeable about the habits of these creatures and confident about where my home's weak spots are and how to handle them. I learned a great deal. He was also very professional and pleasant to interact with. He took my concerns seriously, discussed options including humane options, and was clear through the whole process of what would be done and how. He even came prepared with examples of the type of equipment he'd need to install, which made it much easier to see why his proposal would work. It's rare to get such good service.

I hope you truly read this entire review. The service man that came out was amazing. I could not ask for any better of a person. He educated me, and I had a complete understanding of my problem. He even told me what to do in the future. I would have gladly paid money for the estimate and the education. However, the office staff left some things to be desired. My original appointment was for 0700 hours up until 0900 hours. At 0925 hours I was calling the office to find out where my technician was. Somehow I was actually scheduled for a late afternoon appointment. What I am trying to say is the office follow-up was very poor and it did not rise to professional reasonable expectations. It is always hard to give a review when the service is great but either the billing department or scheduling department is not. I would give tony my technician five stars easily. The office staff was pleasant they just fumbled the ball. I would give them sincerely two stars. That is why I left a four-star review.

Benjamin's presentation was professional and inviting. Benjamin Ackiss provided me with a thorough explanation of the vulnerable areas and animal damage to my property. He also explained the pest control proposal.

Benjamin was great in helping me with my raccoon problem. He listened when I told him of my own remedies, gave me great insight and suggestions on what he could offer according to my budget. Great to work with from the initial quote through the actual service.

Iam totally satisfied with the service I received today. Thankfully no birds in my bath vent, just a cricket!!! Benjamin is prompt, kind, and really personable. He is professional and immediately put on his shoe covers upon entering. I don't like any critters of any kind and I will definitely call you guys when I need their removal.

We used xceptional wildlife removal for woodpecker and rodent removal and they were excellent at helping us with both. We had tried other methods and companies with woodpeckers and only xceptional was able to help us get rid of them. I highly recommend them.
